Every kit has a batch label on the tray insert, like GLOW70-B001-00377 in this photo. Quote it when you contact us and we can trace the unit back to its production run.

Composition and storage instructions are printed on the back of each box. Scan the QR code on the box for the full product sheet.

Who can buy from Avion Science?

Adults aged 21 or over buying for research use. Our products are not for human or veterinary use, and we can’t give usage or dosing advice.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same business day in plain packaging. You’ll get a tracking link by email.

Can I return an order?

Unopened kits with the seal intact can be returned within 14 days. Opened kits can’t be returned.

What comes in each kit?

One prefilled pen, ten 32G × 4 mm pen needles, Alcotip swabs and printed instructions with a QR code linking to the product sheet.

How should I store a kit?

Follow the storage instructions on the back panel of the box.
